Heifetz in his prime, playing Saint-Saens' Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. From the 1939 movie, "They Shall Have Music". Possibly the best bit of fiddle playing from him I have ever seen. The slow sections reflect his wondrous capability for expression.
I know this has been uploaded, but this is of much better quality, and it's in English ;)

Jon Nakamatsu, gold medalist of the 1997 Van Cliburn, performs Mendelssohn's Rondo Capriccioso as an encore after Liszt's Piano Concerto No. 1. Sorry, the first one or two measures are cut because I wasn't ready to record.

Kyung Sun Lee performs Saint-Saens' Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso accompanied by her gifted husband Brian Suits. This was recorded in Seoul, Korea this summer. She is playing a Joseph Guarnerius violin made in 1723. Boy, do I want her violin!!
